IC Construcciones – Port for salt mining in Baja California and the SICARTSA workshops (one of the main steel plants in Mexico).

Princess Hotel and the Holiday Inn in Acapulco, Cancún's primary tourism infrastructure. Development of the Cortina System, used to build more than 35,000 homes in eight countries.

The challenges presented by the national economy and the 1985 earthquake prompted the company to focus on improving and developing construction technologies.

Post-tensioning – Introduction of post-tensioning for residential, commercial and corporate structures.
