POSTENSA LGS
Precision, simplicity, speed
POSTENSA LGS is a system based on panels reinforced with galvanized steel profiles in which each wall acts as a structural load-bearing element.
Its lightness, precision, and quick assembly allow for the construction of spaces in an agile, efficient, and economical manner, while maintaining high standards of quality and comfort.
Benefits
- Reduction of costs in production, labor and execution times.
- Structural efficiency, with lighter and stronger designs.
- Architectural flexibility, adaptable to residential and tourism projects.
- Sustainability, by promoting the use of cutting-edge materials that improve
comfort and energy efficiency. - Guaranteed quality, with design, production and installation processes under
industrial control.
Design, production and transfer
- Expert structural calculation with BIM technology.
- Installations planned from the beginning, integrated into the system.
- Industrial precision, thanks to pre-assembled panels ready to receive
finishes and facilities. - Comfort and energy efficiency, which translate into direct benefits for
the users. - Logistical ease, with modules transportable in conventional vehicles.
Facility
- Quick and clean assembly, with minimal on-site labor.
- Flexibility of finishes, with interior and exterior coatings according to the
project needs. - Relocatable, with the possibility of dismantling and moving the structure to another
location.
AVERANDA CONCEPT
The Averanda Concepto structure combined POSTENSA LGS technology with POSTENSA's extensive experience in the calculation and design of highly specialized engineering structures to generate a hybrid structure that uses all of the structure's walls as load-bearing elements.
The project consisted of four concrete levels and seven LGS levels for a total of 9,375 m2. Using BIM (Building Information Modeling), our engineers designed the structure to leverage a key benefit of the system: the redundancy of load-bearing elements, which generates high structural efficiency. They used the architectural project provided by the client to create a detailed digital image of the entire project.
The design of MEP installations using BIM technology enabled efficient planning and early conflict resolution. The panels include defined and pre-cut holes for the passage of installations and the immediate start of MEP installation work.
